Do You Have Labor Minimums?

Yes, we have labor minimums that fall into two different categories:
  • For maintenance work, we have a $480 labor minimum. Maintenance work includes: weeding, pruning, mulching, overseeding, etc…This minimum is only offered to existing maintenance customers.
  • For new customers requesting a consultation and installation of landscapes, we have a $1,500 labor minimum. Landscape work includes: installation of plant material, drainage systems, hardscapes, outdoor lighting, etc.

What Are Your Payment Terms?

For landscape installation: Our terms vary depending on the size of the project. Some projects we break up in halves, some in thirds, and some in quarters. When a project is broken into multiple payments, the payments are defined by clear performance markers. We do not require any payment until we start the job.

For landscape maintenance: You will be invoiced by mail or email upon completion of the work.

For lawn maintenance: You receive an invoice at the end of each month with an itemized list of services performed.
