Our service area is limited to McLean, North Arlington, Vienna, City of Falls Church and Great Falls.
We are occasionally asked by a potential customer, “Why won’t you work at my house when I am only a few miles from your shop?” The answer to that is, we don’t work in our shop; our crews and their project managers spend their day working on job sites located in our service area. We keep this small service area so that we are able to give proper oversight to our jobs. We have been in business for 23 years and one of the lessons that we’ve learned is the importance of on site job management. Our service area is relatively small, however we do a high volume of work in that small area. Due to this, we are never far from one of our jobs. Our project managers are able to visit job sites frequently throughout the day and we are able to respond promptly to customers when they have questions, comments or concerns. In year’s past we had a much larger service area, however we found ourselves spread too thin. Having this defined service area is a core part of our business plan and we have found that it creates a high level of efficiency which translates into customer satisfaction.
If you have sought out O’Grady’s Landscape, only to find out that you live outside of our service area, we apologize for any frustration this might cause.
